The Community of Pinecrest Lake Golf and Country Club is managed by the Pinecrest Trust. The grounds, pool, tennis courts, beach and lake are under the care of expert managers. The exteriors of homes are the responsibility of each home owner, however the trust has access to a maintenance crew available to do any work required to keep the homes in good condition. Central Sewer and Water are available and are part of the annual mantenance fee structure.

Pinecrest Golf and Country Club is a private community with the amenities pictured above. There is also a community recreation building for parties.
In Addition to the Communtiy Amenities Pinecrest Lake Club Members have access to the Private Golf Course at adjacent Wild Pines Golf Course.
